📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details.
  • In case of delays due to stock issues or logistics, you will be informed proactively.

🛒 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal fee of ₹100 may be charged.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional charge of ₹30–₹50 depending on order value.

❗ Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate during checkout.
  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect details or no response at the time of delivery, the shipping fee may be charged again for re-delivery.
