1. Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
• Categories eligible: Dry food, treats (not used).
• Return charges to be paid by customers

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened pet food, litter, grooming products
• Perishables and hygiene-sensitive items

3. How to Initiate a Return

• Share order ID, issue, and product images

4. Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• COD refunds issued via UPI or bank transfer

🔄 Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before assigning of courier partner only
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
